Linguine with Bresaola Extra carbonara

A tasty pasta dish, a perfect combinations of ingredients from different lands and cultures.

Ingredients:

Gragnano Linguine. For the carbonara: butter, oil, shallots, white wine, vegetable stock, Mottolini Punta d'Anca Extra Bresaola. When cooked, the linguine are transferred to the frying-pan and mixed with the other ingredients, completing with egg and Parmesan cheese after the heat is turned off. Finish with porcini mushroom powder.
