Italian-style sandwich

Ingredients: Mottolini Fiocco della Valtellina, Izanella buffalo mozzarella from "Al Caseificio di Roger Massari" dairy, lettuce and tomato, dill, mayonnaise rye-bread.

Finely slice the tomato. Chop a few springs of dill and mix them into the mayonnaise, made with egg, oil, lemon juice and salt. Cut the mozzarella into slices about 1 cm thick. Divide the rye-bread into 2 parts: place the lettuce leaves and a few tomato slices on a slice of bread, add the Izanella mozzarella slices and cover with Fiocco della Valtellina. Put the top on the sandwich.
